Place one hand at the base of the spine (the coccyx) and the other hand at the top of the spine, on the neck just below the base of the skull. This is known as the coccyx-coccyx position. For several minutes, maintain this position, allowing the Reiki to travel up and down your spine, as well as between your hands.
