How To Give An Effective Rapid Reiki Treatment

On many occasions, it will not be feasible to devote the full sixty to ninety minutes necessary to perform a complete Reiki treatment session. Often, for a variety of reasons, the person in need of Reiki only has a limited amount of time, or you are called to action in a location that is remote from your normal healing room or practice.
An alternative technique is both quick and versatile that can be used in these types of situations. While the client sits upright in a chair, the Rapid Reiki treatment is administered, focusing on all of the major chakra points. The treatment takes between fifteen and thirty minutes to complete.
Rapid Reiki Treatment
Position 1
Your client should be seated at this point. Put your client's interests first. Make contact with the client's shoulders with your hands.
Make your own invocation in complete silence.
Position 2
Remain by your client's side. Cover the crown chakra with both hands on the top of your client's head.
Position 3
Move to the side of your client. Place one hand on their forehead at the third eye chakra and the other one over the occipital ridge at the back of their head.
Position 4
Remain by your client's side. Place one hand over your client's throat chakra in the center of their neck, and the other hand parallel to the back of their neck.
Position 5
Stay by your client's side. Place one hand over your client's heart chakra in the center of their chest and the other parallel to their shoulder blades.
Position 6
Remain at the side of your client. Place one hand over the solar plexus and the other hand parallel on the client's spine.
Position 7
Remain by your client's side. Place one hand over the sacral chakra at the base of your client's stomach and the other hand parallel to the base of their spine.
Position 8
Move round to the front of your client and place your hands on each knee.
Position 9
Kneel in front of your client and cup each of their feet with your hands, thumbs open, cupping them to the floor.
In the end, comb your client's aura three times in the manner that you would normally do after a complete treatment. For grounding purposes, wash your hands under cold running water and offer your client a cold drink of water to help them relax.
Remember that positions 3 through 8 should be performed while sitting in a chair for your comfort. Unless your intuition tells you otherwise, devote 3 – 5 minutes to each position.
