Reiki, the healing technique developed over a century ago by a Japanese Buddhist named Mikao Usui, is founded on a straightforward spiritual principle: We are all guided by the same invisible life force, which is in charge of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When energy flows freely, we can access previously untapped sources of energy. It performs suboptimally when it encounters impediments (typically attributed to negative thinking, unresolved trauma, or stress overload).

Today we will learn how to give Reiki sessions with ART and Reiki master tools.

Reiki Sessions With ART And Reiki Master Tools

• Prepare the room by including music, candles, and Reiki symbols on the walls, ceiling, floor, and at the room's center. Consider preparing the table by sketching a Fire Serpent or other symbols.
• Prepare by placing the power symbol over your trunk and smaller ones on each chakra.
• Inquire about the client's healing aim (what she hopes to gain from the session).
• Consider the three-step treatment protocol for the most effective healing. Explain what this entails and provide a choice. Conduct a healing attunement, followed by an aura cleansing and a full Reiki session. Recognize your client and choose your tools carefully to not overwhelm her in the first session. Adhere to the instructions on the handouts for these tools.
• If you are conducting a regular Reiki session and have omitted the three-step treatment procedure, assess your intuition and activate two to all six Reiki symbols on your hands, or the client, by drawing or visualizing them on your hands or the client's hands.

a. Hands in front of heart - prayer for Reiki to be activated and assist the client; invoke Spiritual Source; leave aside ego; be a clear and open channel for Reiki (see Prayer/Statement of Intention handout).

b. Hands to brow - a prayer to be guided to the location of the individual's need Reiki

c. Scan for blocks — if you locate one, determine how high it extends.

• Reiki on energy field blocks, beginning at the top and working your way down to the body as the block melts away, or utilize aura cleansing in a seated posture or with the client on the table. Occasionally, depending on the scan results (more significant blocks), I will ask the client to relocate to a chair for aura cleaning so that I can clear all sides. Alternatively, you can clear and treat one side before clearing the other.
• Perform a series of hand positions or rely on your intuition.
• Sweep
• Optional closing prayer states that healing continues on mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional levels after the session. Seal the client's trunk by drawing the Power symbol over it during or after the prayer. Consider drawing the Fire Serpent across the body from the head to the trunk or feet to connect all chakras. Additionally, you can draw from the feet to the head or from chakra to chakra. If you want to ground someone, begin at the top and work your way down.
• Cut the connection using a cutting motion or Kenyoku.

Suppose you're delivering Reiki to your partner or other adults. In that case, it's important to keep in mind that some people have forgotten how to sense their energetic and physical bodies (or have grown less conscious of them) over time. That is acceptable. Bear in mind that they may claim they cannot feel the energy moving. It may be modest, but that does not imply your energy did not affect them.

It might also be beneficial to explain what you are doing and why depending on their age when working with children. Children are extremely observant and are frequently receptive to alternative techniques.
