- If you ever feel truly threatened, take all of the above steps. Outside your Reiki-infused light bubble, which is encased in gold mesh, visualize a ring of fire. Outside of it, visualize a gleaming mirror or gleaming silver eggshell with the mirrored side facing outward. This effectively creates an energetic barrier around you, ensuring that any negativity or psychic attack directed at you would only bounce back to the sender, as the mirror or silver reflects it.
