How Reiki Can Help With Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, affects hundreds of thousands of people every day. It's heartbreaking to see how normal this is, due to a variety of factors ranging from conflict and rape to emotional exploitation and stress.

I've made it my mission to use Reiki to help as many people as I can, and those who suffer from PTSD are not excluded from this community. In fact, I've made it a top priority to assist those who are suffering from PTSD, as it can lead to a slew of other problems.

The worst-case situation is that someone succumbs to the strain and takes their sacred, sentient life with them. I'd like to talk about how Reiki will help with PTSD in today's blog post.

Many people with PTSD have tried about every therapy option and failed, so it's normal that they'd be skeptical of a Reiki treatment or session.

You might feel as though you've tried anything and the symptoms have returned.

Fortunately, I've had some excellent results for my PTSD customers, and I'll show you some of the steps I've taken to ensure their well-being. Use them to the full potential, and don't get frustrated if they don't perform right away.

Keep in mind that PTSD is one of the most serious problems confronting our world now, and it is not going anywhere anytime soon.

These ideas and methods can only be improved before they're perfected. Let's begin with a brief description of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The Source of PTSD

From a social, physiological, or sociological standpoint, PTSD can be understood. However, we'll take a more active approach to PTSD in this paper.

Since PTSD is caused by a painful memory, incident, or sequence of memories, it may have a negative impact on one's energetic body. The injury that results from this can be catastrophic...and often people do not recover or recover even after multiple attempts.

Consider the energetic body as a ring that surrounds and protects the outer body. When you gain memories and revisit experiences from the past, the subconscious recalls the pattern of events that occurred.

Let's say you got bitten by a dog when you were a kid. And if you're fine with dogs emotionally, your body remembers this act, and your hands sweat and your pulse rate rises whenever you see one.

This is the case because the body has evolved to equate dogs with pain. Likewise, the energetic body reacts in a similar manner. If the energetic body is injured, it will know the pain and where it came from.

A Reiki Healer's job is to cure in two ways:

• The body is infused with healing powers.
• Distinguishing the root of pain from the cause of the pain.

Because each of these events will happen in any order, the healer must determine which direction the client can follow.

Before starting the dissociation procedure, most people tend to use soothing energies to absorb any residual wounds or trauma. This may be accomplished by energetic surgery or a host of other methods.

In this post, I'll teach you two strategies that have proven to be beneficial to me in the past and maybe beneficial to you as well.

One of the most difficult, but satisfying facets of becoming a Reiki healer is healing PTSD. Seeing the change in people's looks following an operation is pure pleasure.

Universal Invocation

Advanced Reiki practitioners can recognize this invocation; it's one of the most common invocations we use, but with a twist.

If you're treating someone (or yourself) with PTSD, you'll need to adjust your treatments accordingly. You should exercise your tactics and hone them, but you're only learning for the sake of training if you don't tailor them to the customer.

Be sure to change your invocation accordingly. As is customary, begin by stating your goals. This clears the room by separating personal energy from Universal Energy.

Remember that sending your personal energy, as well-intended as you may be, is extremely dangerous. Always, always use Universal Energy for every care and fight the temptation to use your own to cure someone else.

When you set your intention, make it clear that you intend to rebound from PTSD. Universal Energy's capacity to respond to any situation is exceptional. You must, however, be able to summon the energy in order to do so as a healer.

Much like a dog, cat, or human will learn to understand language and speak, you must teach yourself to call on Universal Energy to adapt at will.

"Please use this energy for PTSD healing," it may be as easy as that. It doesn't have to be difficult; keep it straightforward. When you invoke this spirit, send it across your whole body.

With their consent, you can send energies to the areas where they are really wounded but keep the first few sessions light. It's important to remember that they know their bodies better than you do, and it's not your responsibility to pump energy into them. It is up to them to seize the opportunity.

When channeling this energy into their body, remember to have the goal in the procedure. When they do this, they will get the best out of it. When you complete the procedure, seal the cure with your intent once more.

It's possible that your partner will feel relieved or satisfied as a result of your behavior. And be sure to ask them about their thoughts to make sure they're in good shape. The next step is to understand how to distinguish between the energetic body and discomfort.

Dissociation

Dissociation is the process of removing toxic energies from an energetic organism. It takes many sessions to perform, and it works similarly to how a snake sheds its skin layer by layer.

Only advanced healers are allowed to use this technique. If you haven't already done so, please start with Level II. If not, bookmark this page as a reference for when you finally reach a higher standard.

Make sure that once you've invoked this technique, you infuse vitality into your hands. That you 'clean' or 'wipe' the bad energy from your customer.

They may feel chilly or a brisk wind may blow by as a result of this. Do remember to replace unhealthy energy with Universal Energy. After thanking the client for their company, seal the healing.

These two techniques have been used by myself and others in the field for many years. Before attempting on a live client, practice the movements to ensure you remember them.
