Before smoothing the aura, you need to remove the crystals.
Additionally, you can write down any issue you're having on a piece of paper and lay it beneath a programmed crystal, meaning for the Reiki to flow continuously into the issue, promoting healing for the highest and greatest good. It is recommended to cleanse and reprogram the crystal once a week to preserve the energy's power.
