I love working with crystals.
They are great alongside Reiki healing.
For thousands of years, crystals have been used to release mental, physical, and spiritual blockages.
Crystals come from the earth; when they are placed in your body, they help you connect to the planet’s healing—leaving you feeling more relaxed and balanced. Each crystal has unique properties and energies to heal different aspects of your life.
These are my 10 personal favorite crystals

“Turquoise”: Helps you heal. This is the master healer; it is believed to be the energetic bridge between Heaven and Earth. It is highly regarded for its protective and good luck charm properties. If Turquoise is given as a gift, its healing properties are magnified by a hundred times. Turquoise is a stone of communication that helps you speak your truth.

“Bloodstone”: gives you energy; when our blood and energy is flowing smoothly, our life force remains strong and healthy. This stone helps you overcome lethargy, negative thoughts, and self-doubt. It also helps boost enthusiasm.

“Smokey Quartz”: helps you let go; It displaces negative energy. It also acts as a protective shield against unwanted energy. It releases all blocked, old, and stagnant energy in the body. Once all of your old energy is removed, new energy can fill the open space with light and hope.

“Rose Quartz”: cultivates love; This is a stone of unconditional love that helps to open and heal the energy of the heart. It helps to forgive others, and most importantly yourself! The secret to finding true love is to love yourself. This stone emits vibrations of love, beauty, and compassion. It is a feel-good stone that nurtures, supports, and allows you to feel the most powerful energy in the universe.

“Carnelian”: is useful for creativity; It is believed to attract fortune and help you attract your deepest desires. It also removes blocked energy that has been leaving you uninspired. It has a vibrant orange color that stimulates your passion for moving forward. It also helps with confidence and motivation.

“Quartz Crystal”: this stone helps to clear your mind; It is made of silica. When quartz crystal touches your skin, it merges with your energy. This encourages health and healing. It also helps to balance the body and clear the mind.

“Celestite”: this relieves stress; When you look at this crystal, the heavenly blue color inspires deep peace and happiness. When placed on the body, it brings muscle and stress release.

“Citrine”: It is a crystal of light and happiness. It only holds positive energy. It serves as a reminder to be in the present and the now. Because at the moment, you can create miracles.

“Aventurine”: Attracts new opportunities; it opens up the energy of the heart and helps with confidence and optimism.

“Shungite”: Helps protect against electrical, magnetic energy. It is used as a powerful shield against EMF. It absorbs negative energy and pollutants. You can place a piece next to your computer as an energetic shield.
That is why I love crystals.
They raise your energy vibrations, whether for you, your space, home, our pets, especially in this modern digital age where distraction is everywhere.
