In Level II, you'll want to ensure that the learner has an enthusiastic knowledge of the Level II symbols and the ability to work successfully with them when they desire to.
At the Master Level, your attention will be on observing the student connect with the Master Symbol to work with it and attune others to Reiki energy.
Over time, both in this and the conventional ritual, you may begin to notice energy shifts occurring in the students with whom you work. These sensations can take on various forms, including but not limited to colors, warmth, and pictures. You may just examine the data and know that even if no signals or feelings are received, the Reiki energy is effectively completing the ceremony.
Just as each Reiki treatment is unique, each attunement ceremony will have its characteristics. They are always flawless and just what the recipient's body-mind chooses to feel in conjunction with Reiki energy.
This sort of attunement ceremony can last between ten and twenty minutes (or longer), depending on whether extra balancing work with the Reiki energy and receiver is performed.
As the session draws to a conclusion, the energy level will decrease. If there is no change in the energy, you can intuitively decide when to stop. You may find it beneficial to do attunements in your mental Reiki room since you will have access to more knowledge. In your mental Reiki chamber, you can inquire whether the attunement ritual is complete.
Once the ceremony has concluded, you will establish the intention that the energy link between you and the student has been broken and, with appreciation, that they will proceed as confident and strong Reiki Practitioners/Masters.
