Chanting And Toning With Karuna Reiki

It is acceptable to chant or tone the names of the Karuna symbols with clients who have not received Karuna Reiki training; however, do not show them the symbols' visual representations. If they inquire about what you are chanting or toning, simply inform them that the sounds are healing.

When one truly channels the chanting and toning sounds, one's overall ability to channel healing energy improves. This technique can elevate our consciousness to new levels and invite new guides to assist and channel through us in exciting and powerful ways.

Before you begin chanting or toning, empower your hands by drawing the Karuna Reiki Master and any additional symbols on them. Then, with one hand on your heart center and the other on your throat, apply Karuna Reiki for a few minutes, followed by both hands on your throat. While doing so, chant one or more Karuna Reiki symbols silently. While the Karuna Reiki is flowing, focus on preparing yourself to channel it through your voice, letting go of any fears or insecurities, as well as any judgments or expectations you or others may have regarding chanting or singing aloud for others to hear. Then attune to Karuna Reiki's source and the purest spiritual guides. Toning With Karuna Reiki

Karuna Reiki can empower and utilize your voice during a session. It is particularly beneficial for dispelling blocks and negative energy.

• Scan the individual to determine the area of concern. You can also use the technique taught in the ART class for aura clearing to assist the person in locating the problem by asking them to locate the cause, shape, color, sound, and weight.
• Once the area has been identified, meditate on it and pray to your Higher Power, inviting the Karuna Reiki symbol appropriate for treating this area to enter your mind. Then, empower your hands by drawing this symbol on each and clapping them together three times while repeating the symbol's name three times to yourself.
• Then, with one hand on your heart center and the other on your throat, apply Karuna Reiki for a few minutes, followed by both hands on your throat. While doing so, silently chant the Karuna Reiki symbol that has been directed to be used. While Karuna Reiki is flowing, focus on preparing yourself to channel it through your voice, letting go of any fears or insecurities, as well as any judgments or expectations of yourself or others regarding toning aloud for others to hear.
• Say a prayer requesting assistance from the Karuna Reiki guides and other spiritual beings.
• Trace the Karuna Reiki symbol that you will be using over the client's area of concern.
• Begin beaming Karuna Reiki to the area with your hands' several inches to several feet away from the client.

• Inhale deeply and begin toning aloud. Utilize a sustained tone that resonates on each vowel.
• While toning, direct your attention and Karuna Reiki energy toward the area of concern, intending for the block to be broken up and released and for healing to flow to the area.
• You will be simultaneously using your Karuna Reiki empowered voice and your Karuna Reiki hands.

Additionally, you can intend for the Karuna Reiki energy to emanate from your eyes or any of your chakras.

• Continue to tone until you no longer feel the block. Then, inquire how the client feels and what is happening in the neighborhood - solicit feedback. Re-scan the area to determine the need for additional toning and feel your work's effects.
• You may be guided to add additional Karuna Reiki symbols to your chanting.
• Apply Usui or Karuna Reiki to the area and listen to your inner guidance for guidance on how to conclude the session.
